About Me.
My name is Savannah Schone, and I’m currently a student at Arizona State University, studying to become a nurse. While my heart is deeply rooted in the medical field, I’ve always found myself turning to writing as a way to make sense of the world, especially when it comes to mental health, emotions, and the messy, beautiful parts of being human.
This site was born from that intersection, where science meets soul, and where I can share reflections, research, and personal insights that I hope will resonate with others navigating their own journeys. Whether it's through essays, poetry, or thought pieces, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, reflective, and real.
I believe in the power of presence, empathy, and storytelling. I believe that mental health deserves more than just awareness, it deserves understanding, honesty, and change. Through this site, I’m hoping to not only grow as a writer and future healthcare professional but also to connect with others who are passionate about making a difference.
Thanks for being here, whether you’re just passing through or staying for a while, I hope you find something that makes you feel a little more seen.
